October 15: we are at Canton Fair

The 140th Canton Fair has opened. TEAM A→Z is already at the exhibition complex in Guangzhou. We plan to attend all three phases to meet suppliers, examine equipment and products, and collect photos and information for comparing offers.

These are our first photos from the fair. We will add material about specific products as we gather it.

Looking for a product for your business? Send a link, photo or description, essential specifications and quantity. We can discuss which offers to investigate at the fair. Minimum purchasing value is USD 5,000 in goods per project; shipping and services are calculated separately.

The Canton Fair, officially the China Import and Export Fair, is a major business exhibition in Guangzhou that brings together manufacturers, suppliers and buyers from around the world. Visitors can inspect samples, compare factory offers and discuss production and wholesale terms. It is not a retail marketplace: its value is in meeting potential suppliers and exploring solutions for a business requirement.

Dates and phases of the 140th Canton Fair

The autumn 2026 session takes place at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou across three phases:

  • Phase 1 — October 15–19: industrial equipment, electronics and electrical products, transport, tools and new-energy sectors.
  • Phase 2 — October 23–27: home goods, furniture, décor, gifts, garden products and building materials.
  • Phase 3 — October 31–November 4: clothing, fabrics, footwear, bags, health and sports products, children’s goods and everyday consumer products.

Before planning a visit, check the official website for the latest registration and entry requirements, as well as the schedule for the product sections you want to see.

How buyers can use the fair

At a booth, you can inspect a sample, ask a factory representative questions and compare offers on more than price alone. Clarify materials, specifications, minimum order quantity (MOQ), production lead time, packaging, OEM options and shipping terms. A meeting is a useful first step, but it does not replace a separate supplier check, written confirmation of price and specifications, or agreed quality requirements before production.

TEAM A→Z is working at the fair

The TEAM A→Z team is already at Canton Fair 2026 in Guangzhou. If you are looking for a particular product or manufacturer, send us a link, photo or description, the essential specifications, estimated quantity and target price in advance. We can discuss your brief with relevant suppliers during the fair and collect information to help you compare options afterwards.

Unable to attend in person? By prior arrangement, we may be able to give you a short live video walkthrough of selected booths: we can show a product on camera and ask the supplier your questions. This is a focused video tour for an agreed request—not a continuous stream of the entire fair. Availability and timing need to be confirmed in advance.

What to include in your request

Tell us what you are looking for, how the product will be used, which specifications are essential, the quantity you have in mind and when you can be reached. Mention any requirements for certificates, private-label packaging, samples or a particular configuration. That helps us prioritize the relevant booths and questions.

After the fair, you can compare proposals, arrange separate checks on selected suppliers and agree on next steps: samples, purchasing, inspection in China and international delivery. Final prices, lead times and availability depend on terms confirmed by the individual supplier.
