An inquiry is not a confirmed order
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order or create a payment obligation. We will first prepare an individual proposal and explain the next steps.

Share a product link, photo or description, model, quantity and destination city. Include any important specifications or requirements.

We research the options
We clarify availability, minimum order quantity, supplier pricing and estimated lead times.

Review your quote
Known product, service and logistics costs are shown separately. Potential variable charges are identified separately.

Confirm the order format
The proposal will identify who sells the goods or provides the service, who receives each payment, and what TEAM A→Z will do.

Purchasing and delivery
After written approval, we coordinate only the purchasing, inspection and delivery stages included in your proposal.

Sourcing and purchasing support
TEAM A→Z helps find a supplier and coordinate a purchase based on your request. The proposal will separately state TEAM A→Z’s services, the payment recipient and the terms agreed with the supplier.

What your quote may include
We list costs that apply to your specific order and can be estimated:
Catalog information and prices are for initial reference. Availability and the final price are confirmed in an individual proposal.
- Product price and quantity
- Agreed TEAM A→Z services
- Inspection and photo or video report, if requested
- Delivery to a China warehouse and consolidation, where applicable
- International freight and destination delivery, based on the selected route
- Customs charges and broker fees, separately if known or marked as an estimate

Customs and documents
Before dispatch, the order proposal will clarify who acts as importer, who submits the declaration and who is responsible for customs charges. Final requirements and assessments depend on the goods and applicable rules; the competent authorities make the final determination.
Simplified rules for personal parcels do not automatically apply to commercial cargo.
